About Us

My business partner and i have been working closely together for over fifteen years. We have each been within this industry for over 35 years, me initially as an Auctioneer and valuer, then as the owner of a large Antiques Warehouse in Newark Nottinghamshire and now latterly as a Consultant to  Auction Houses and owner of this business. We have been dealing in Europe and the UK throughout this period, accumulating thousands of miles hunting out the items you see on this website.

The items we sell are all original, we do not sell modern reproductions. At all times we will describe the items to the best of our ability, giving their age and general condition, mentioning faults that are apparent and that have a bearing on the articles value. We do not restore items but will mention any restoration that we can see.

We do not have premises - the items are photographed and stored securely. If you require any additional photographs or more detailed condition reports we will be happy to oblige. We are both extremely busy but will deal with requests in a timely manner keeping you informed of what we can do and when.

Payment should be by Cheque or BACS transfer. We do not accept Credit or Debit cards and will only release goods once we have cleared funds.

We can arrange delivery to you in the UK or on the Continent via one of our couriers, via Mailboxes or Pack and Send. Please give us your Postcode or Zip Code  when you have purchased an item to enable us to get a quote for you. It may be that you wish to arrange your own collection and we are happy for this as well. Please remember that the items are stored and we will require notice to collect them and have them available for whichever courier.
